Worst Customer Service EVER - Internet Service with Phone

I was contacted by Windstream about a promotion to convert over from TWC to them and to bundle my Phone, Internet and TV to save money. I had Windstream prior to switching over to TWC, but because of ongoing internet issues I decided to switch back over to Windstream/Dish for the bundling offer. They lady on the phone set-up everything up for about three days later stating they would have everything switch over last Tuesday, well Dish showed up between the 8-12 window they gave me and left, around 2pm I call Windstream to inform them that I was still waiting for someone from Windstream to show-up as the lady confirmed that they were supposed to be there today and took my name and number and said she would be calling back. Well 4:30pm rolled around without a call and after waiting all day, the next person I got a hold of couldn't even find where the Windstream Rep that I talked to at 2pm had logged anything and told me that there was an issue with importing the phone number, that is where the hold up came. She apologized repeatedly but said she someone will be contacting me the following morning to get this resolved. The next morning around 11am still no call so I called and was on the phone over an hour before I finally got ahold of someone with a little bit of customer service skills and he explained it much better. He again apologized but said nothing has been resolved but the service was scheduled to be switched over on the 1/27 now. I once again explained that since I was a TWC customer, that my phone line and internet was running through my cable, when they came over and switched me to Dish that I lost both my internet and my phone, so at this point I had been out of internet and phone for over two days and wasted two days sitting around for them to call me and let me know what was going on. He was able to get it improved a little bit as he said he could try to expedite the process to be done on Tuesday 1/24th, but that is the best they could do at this time. I asked if they could schedule it for that morning and they said they would do their best that I would be hearing from someone setting up the exact time. Well once again sitting here on the January 24th without anything so much as a phone call once again from Windstream, as they do have both of my mobile phone numbers on file to reach me which I made sure, and nothing. When I called around 11:30am asking where we stood, the lady said that she just talked to the service crew and that it would be sometime this evening but that they couldn't give me a firm time yet. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH WINDSTREAM AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN. There system is broke and they do not have a protocol that works, as I can't be the first person EVER to switch from TWC to Windstream, why they setup for Dish Network to come out before they had my phone number switched over, knowing it was TWC and that I was getting my phone and internet through my cable, is beyond me. The worse part is they have absolutely no procedure to correct an issue that they have created, I truly don't know how a company this disorganized is able to remain in business. I would say that I did talk to two very helpful service people that seemed to have their hands tied by did try to explain it and tried to do what they could do, but the other 4 people had no reason being in customer service and were poorly trained at best.
